2、 Skills of hand sewing steering wheel cover
1. Do not fix it with double-sided adhesive tape. First, use the joint of the steering wheel cover as a base point, and temporarily fix it with a thread. (4 arrows)
2. Adjust the position. First, adjust the 3 and 9 o'clock positions and align the arc.
3. The length of the suture is 2-3 times of the arc length of the sewn arc (2 times for every other stitch, 3 times for each stitch). 100mm is reserved for needle retraction.
4. First sew the position between 3, 6 and 9 o'clock. Because the arc here is shorter, practice first. Error, easy to disassemble.
5. Finally, sew the longest position. Pay attention to the tightness of the thread during the sewing process. I just want to ensure that the leather cover is aligned and not too tight.
6. After completion, you can grasp the leather case by hand and rotate it vigorously, move it left and right, and adjust the best combination of the leather case and the steering wheel.
